You don’t have to be at your house when we clean. You can choose to be at home or take advantage of your free time to go have a cup of coffee. You may choose to leave us the key and we will take care of the rest from there.

Q: CAN I CANCEL DOMESTIC CLEANING BOOKING ANYTIME?

Of course, you can cancel at any time. We offer a no lock-in contract. However, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance when you want to cancel a service, otherwise, a small fee might be charged to cover our cleaner’s wage loss. We hope you understand that.

Yes, we do. We all bring our own supplies and equipment, but if you want us to use your preferred cleaning supplies, please let us know. We’re more than happy to do that.
